Appointment Cancellation Policy
Mystic Moments Day Spa requires 24 hours to cancel a scheduled appointment. Our telephone system has voicemail after hours to accept any cancellations. Voice mail is checked on a daily basis for messages, including days we are closed.

If a cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a "Last Minute Cancellation Fee" of $25.00 per service.

Appointment Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive later then 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, Mystic Moments Day Spa reserves the right to forfeit your appointment in order to stay on schedule.

If the technician can still provide the service without causing her to run late, she will provide the service to you. If there isn't enough time before the technician's next customer, you will be asked to re-schedule the appointment for another date and time.

Appointment No-Show Policy
Mystic Moments Day Spa will charge a "No-Show Fee" of $25.00 per service to any customer who doesn't show for their scheduled appointment.

Please keep in mind that when you book an appointment we have reserved that time for you with the Technician so you may have a relaxing spa service.

When a customer doesn't show for an appointment, this leaves our Technician without a customer and takes away available time for another customer.

Our goal is to be ready to provide the service you have requested at the time you are scheduled without delay.
