  • Advanced booking is required to accommodate the party.
  • The spa will be closed to the public during your time here.
  • Regular price for the services will be charged and GST is included in these prices.
  • The party is allowed to bring in food and beverages if they desire - no alcohol please.
  • Gourmet coffee, tea, iced tea and water are provided.
  • If children are present, they will need to be supervised by an adult member of the party.
  • A Visa or MasterCard number is required when the booking is taken to cover the full amount of the services booked.
  • The party organizer will be contacted one week prior to the party booking to confirm the date and times for the party, if you chose to cancel at this time no payment will be required.
  • If the party booking is cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the date, 50% of the total cost of the party booking will be charged to the credit card on file and the appointments will be cancelled.
  • If the party booking is cancelled with less then 72 hours notice, the full cost of the party booking will be charged to the credit card on file and the appointments will be cancelled.
  • Payment will be required when all services are complete the day of the party.
  • Members of the party can each pay for their own services if they choose, or
  • one payment can be made for all members of the party by the party organizer.
  • Accepted methods of payment are: Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Cash.
  • Tips are not included in our prices.
  • No outside shoes are allowed to be worn in the Spa. You are welcome to bring a pair of flip flops, slippers or indoor shoes with you. Spa socks are provided for all visitors.
  • If someone is having a pedicure and they don't have flip flops a disposable pair will be provided at no charge.
  • Music is provided in the Spa, if a party wishes to bring in their own CD's they will be played on our system.
  • We are located in a strip mall with ample parking, and street level access.
  • We are wheelchair friendly and have a handicapped parking stall in front of our Spa.
